Terms of Service

The service

SimplePickPhoto provides independent photographers with a short-term workspace for collecting client photo selections. It is not a backup, permanent gallery, CRM, contract, invoicing, or photo-delivery service.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right and permission to upload and process the photographs and client information you provide. Keep your original files in your own storage, protect account and link passwords, and do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful material.

Automatic deletion

Original uploads are deleted immediately after preview processing. Library previews and thumbnails expire 30 days after each upload. Share links last up to 30 days, capped by the earliest library photo expiry. Submitted thumbnails and filenames expire 30 days after submission, independently of the source library. Access ends at expiry; scheduled storage cleanup follows. Deleting a project also deletes its pick sets. Deleted data is not promised to be recoverable.

Trial and subscription

New accounts receive a 7-day no-card trial. After the trial, creating a new project requires an active C$7 CAD/month subscription. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Existing projects and links remain governed by their normal short retention windows.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change where necessary for security, legal compliance, reliability, or the focused photo-picking purpose of the product.

Account action

We may restrict or close accounts used for abuse, security attacks, unlawful content, non-payment, or material violations of these terms. Contact Support if you believe an action was taken in error.
