Subscription, cancellation, and refunds

7-day free trial

New photographer accounts receive 7 days of workspace access without providing a payment card. The exact trial end date is shown in Billing. When the trial ends, an active subscription is required to create new projects.

C$7 CAD per month

SimplePickPhoto has one monthly plan at C$7 CAD. Stripe shows the amount and recurring billing terms before payment details are submitted. There is no annual commitment.

Cancel anytime online

Use Manage billing inside SimplePickPhoto to open Stripe's secure Customer Portal. You can cancel online without contacting a representative. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period, and access to create new projects continues until that date.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where a duplicate or incorrect charge resulted from our error. Contact Support promptly with the account email and charge date; never send full card details.

Failed payments

If payment fails, new project creation may be paused while existing projects and client links continue through their normal 14-day/7-day retention windows. Billing can be updated in the Stripe Customer Portal.
